Hourly
Best for ongoing support, troubleshooting, ad-hoc development and advisory work. Tiered rates for standard business hours, after-hours and emergency support. 2-hour session minimum.
Retainer
Pre-paid monthly blocks at a discounted rate with priority scheduling and faster response times. Available in 5, 10, 20 and 40-hour tiers. Best for clients who need consistent availability.
Project
Defined scope of work with phase breakdown, estimated hours, timeline and acceptance criteria. Best for new interface builds, migrations and engine deployments. Go-live support quoted separately.
Standby
Reserved availability for go-live support, migration cutovers and maintenance windows. Reduced standby rate with automatic switch to active rates when engaged.
